Vincent R. Garza, age 25, of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in Beaver Dam.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Swan City Park at the pavilion on the corner of University and Mill Streets, with guest arriving between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
Vincent was born on Dec. 10, 1998, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Karla and Rolando Garza. The day Vinnie was born was the day Karla and Rolando learned what true love really was.
Vinnie grew up in Beaver Dam. He graduated with his high school diploma in 2017. While in high school Vinnie joined the wrestling team and in his first year, he made it all the way to state and placed 10th place. He loved all contact sports including football, and MMA down at Third Heaven Martial Arts. In his free time, he loved to play his video games and help people in need whether he met 2 min prior or had known them his entire life, Vinnie was always there to give the shirt off his back. He really did love to see people succeed. He was such a kind, caring, loving kid with so much left to accomplish in this world. When they said Vinnie wore his heart on his sleeve they weren’t kidding. He had such a beautiful heart and soul, and he will be missed by so many people, but no one will miss him more than his parents.
Throughout his life he had many jobs as he’s been working since, he was 15, but his last job was the one he loved the most and that was at Glasfloss in Juneau. Not only did he love his job, but he loved his coworkers and talked about them like they were family. Vinnie’s one true love in life was his nephews. He would have given anything to make sure they were ok.
He is survived in death by his mom, Karla for which he spent the last 8 years being her caretaker, because he loved her so much. He is also survived by his father, Rolando Garza. He is also survived by his siblings, Adam (Mikayla) Millmine, Shelby (Jared) Doss, James Luck, and Damon (Jen) Grayson, and his brothers, Rolando Damien Garza and Miguel Martin Garza along with many other relatives from Mexico, and so many more siblings and friends. He literally touched the heart of everyone he met. His pride and joy in his life were his nephews, Kasey, King, Prince, Leiland, and Tony. These kids meant the world to him. They cherished their movie nights once a month with their uncle Vinnie.
The world has lost one of the greatest souls and we were fortunate to get the time with him we had. He was very loving and protective of his family and friends. His wings were ready to fly but our hearts weren’t ready to let him go. He will never be forgotten. He was an Angel on earth and now he will forever be our guardian, Angel!
