William “Bill” Kehoe

COLUMBUS- William Thomas “Bill” Kehoe, age 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on November 11, 1947 in Doylestown to Ervin and Geraldine (Seier) Kehoe. Bill served in the US Naval Reserve from 1964-1968, and also served in the Vietnam War. He was employed at CC Linck until it became Linck Aggregate where he retired. In retirement, Bill worked part-time for CJF Trucking.Bill and Faye spent their summers at Silver Springs Campground enjoying the beautiful surroundings with their campground family. As a husband, father, and grandfather, Bill will be remembered as a loving, kind, giving, courageous, and fun loving man.He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Faye (nee Geiger) Kehoe; two children: Amy (Dave) Wilken of Rio, Wi, Troy (Erin) Kehoe of Columbus; four grandchildren: Logan and Haleigh Kehoe and Eric and Carlee Wilken; sisters: Linda (Jim) Wall, Patty (Joe) Desjarlais, Jean (Norman) Vick, all of Doylestown; father and mother-in law: Al and Ruth Geiger; brothers-in-law: Tim (Julie) Geiger of Columbus, Michael (Wanda) Geiger of Sun Prairie and Brian Geiger of Columbus; his aunts: Bette Freck, Nancy (Donnie) Dettermering; his uncle; Tom (Marge) Kehoe; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends including his special “rent-a-dog” Asher.He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; John and Irene Kehoe and Alice Seier; brothers: Bob and Tommy Kehoe; his aunt, Mary Alice Stofflet; brother-in-law, Tom Geiger; sister-in-law, Marcia Geiger; nephew, Cory Kehoe; and great niece, Brynlee Brown.A visitation will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Columbus, and also on Tuesday, April 11 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at the church. Rev. Steve Kortendick will officiate. A private family interment will take place at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Doylestown where military honors will be conducted.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Agrace Hospice.The Kehoe family would like to thank Dr. Heather Kennedy, Dr. Jennifer Maskel, Dr. Jason Abel, Dr. Hamid Emamekhoo, Dr. Caroline See and Agrace Hospice for all their care and support.
