My Prayers and condolences go out to the entire family. Garb will be missed my many, but never forgotten.

Mike Rubel left a message on September 9, 2011:

My wife Joanne and I met Garb when we first moved to Mayville 13 years ago. He was very welcoming and always telling us the latest jokes. He always talked fondly of his family. In particular how proud he was of Shane while he played for Mayville. We are very sorry for his family and his passing. He will be deeply missed by many that were proud to call him a friend.

Tom Welch left a message on September 9, 2011:

My son Chris and his wife,Jen, live next door to Gary. He considered Gary a very good friend and neighbor and spoke of Gary' friendship frequently. My wife, Mary, and I have visited with Gary during visits to Mayville. We had the opportunity to share his evenings around his campfire, receive gifts from his garden, and watch him show Camron, the 19 month old living with Chris and Jen, how to feed the fish Gary has in his pond.
We are sad and shocked to hear of Gary's death. He will be in our prayers and memory.

Jenny (Gene) Rahn left a message on September 24, 2009:

Gene (now deceased) and I remember, from the early 50''s, when we used to go to the Sail Inn Bar in Beaver Dam, where we met Tony playing with the Push and Pull Band. Tony could really make that saxophone sing! Back in those days, we could still drink and drive, without a DWI. The more we drank, the better the band sounded! During the break, Tony would always visit with the listeners, and chat a while. I''m glad that I still have the Push and Pull albums to take me back to those days. Gene passed away last October. I know that your family will have beautiful memories like I do. God will keep you in his care. Deepest Sympathy, Jenny Rahn

Ramirez Family (neighbors) left a message on September 24, 2009:

Tony will be greatly missed by our family as well as many others. Even though we didn''t talk a whole lot. It was a pleasure always saying Hi to him when he was out and about. Our little boy always made sure to run over and say Hi to him. May God Have You In His Glory! God Bless You and Your Family, Today, Tomorrow and Always! Please accept our Condolences. With Love and Sympathy, your neighbors, Jose, Maria and Andres Ramirez

I was very saddened to hear of Tony''s passing. When I was a member of the Fritche family, Tony & I were good buddies and shared many laughs and great times together. As time went on and I would see him in church or out and about, he was always so kind to me, and I was very grateful to him for that. He was a good man and I know he''ll be missed by many people. I will keep you all in my prayers as you go through this very difficult time. With Sympathy, Lori Love

Dan Gilmore left a message on September 21, 2009:

I worked with Tony at Apache, and always enjoyed talking with "the old fart". Please accept my condolences for your loss.
