Arlene H. Sprenger

Arlene H. Sprenger, 90, of Mayville passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.A memorial service is being planned in memory of Arlene at a later date. Arlene was born on March 14, 1929 in Mayville to Edward and Julia (Benzel) Lindert. She was a graduate of Mayville High School and worked at Duncan’s 5 & Dime Store as a clerk. Arlene was united in marriage with John D. Sprenger on September 12, 1953 in Mayville. She was a faithful member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville. Arlene enjoyed doing needlepoint, traveling, taking Sunday drives and visiting with family and friends. Arlene is survived by her loving husband; John, nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Harvey, and her sisters; Ruth, Marge, and Honey.
