Aurora Torres, age 75 of Beaver Dam, died Thursday, May 14, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Visitation for Aurora will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Nick Dhein officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Aurora was born in Mexico on October 28, 1950, to Juan and Margarite. She was united in marriage with Hector Leo Torres; he preceded her in death in the 1990’s. She was a hard worker throughout her life, and her family was always her top priority. She was a great mother who took pride in her family, and she was a wonderful cook. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her four sons: Antonio (Cassandra) Torres, Hector (Nancy) Torres, Tomás Torres, and Jorge Torres; many grandchildren; her brother, Arturo Estrada; and her sister, Elia Elgezeba. Aurora was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, Juan Estrada, Jr, Benjamin Estrada, and Jose Maria Estrada.
