Eileen (Tietz) Kuehl left a message on January 25, 2010:

Dear Family of Carl Woltmann It is with deep sympathy we greet you during this sad time. I know Carl through my mother Malinda and Henry Tietz. Carl was a fun and upbeat Guy from what I new of him, always a smile on his face.Carl always held warmth thoughts in my mothers heart. She looked forward to him stopping to visit her and also so enjoyed the fish that he brought for her to eat. My mom and dad loved playing cards with Paul, Francis and Carl years ago and having lots of laughs. They all were simple, good people and had a long Blessed life, which all us can be so thankful for. Their faith was a very important part of their life and we can be assured that they all are together having a good time playing cards, fishing and telling stories in Heaven. Peace and His Blessings to you, Eileen & Ron Kuehl

Winnie left a message on January 25, 2010:

My sympathy to Ward, Lucy, nieces and nephews. Memories go back to when Carl helped Armin a lot with hay and grain harvest. Also, when he, Doc and Bill Keel made the trip to CO and spent a few days with us. Obituary states he died at home, so I''m assuming it was sudden or... he was being cared for at home. Sincerely, Winnie
