Cornelio Rodriguez, age 37, died Friday, May 29, 2009 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Visitation for Cornelio will be at the Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Funeral services will follow at the Murray Funeral Home on Tuesday at 6:30 PM with Fr. Jose Gonzales officiating. Burial will be in Laredo, Texas.

Cornelio was born on August 29, 1971 in Laredo, Texas to Manuela Torres and Cornelio Rodriguez. He moved to Beaver Dam where he was employed in the roofing business. Cornelio was a hard-working, friendly man who enjoyed cook-outs with his friends and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his mother, Manuela Torres, his father, Cornelio Rodriguez, both of Laredo, Texas, three brothers and sisters, Irma (Daniel) Garcia, Roberto Rodriguez and Arturo Garcia, all of Laredo, Texas, a friend, Tammy Staniec of Waupun, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
