Cheryl Pendleton left a message on November 9, 2007:

To my sister Dorothy and family, Dale was a great brother-in-law to me and Orin, a great uncle to our 3 sons. We will miss him but knowing he is resting peacefully makes it alittle easier. He had taught Orin so much with remolding projects. Orin always gives Dale credit when he would accomplish each project. Dale loved the Packers, even though he couldn''t resist a nap or two during the games, he would always cheer on the Pack. Dorothy you know how much we treasure all the memories of your visits to our house, even though we usually had rain or snow when we would plan a cook out. Dale was great to our parents and loved to pick on Mom which I know she loved. God be with all of you and remember Dale will be watching over all of us. Love Cheryl and Orin

Dear Dorothy, Dean and family, I feel very fortunate that I could get to meet Dale. What I remember most is his great sense of humor. I know how much Cheryl thought of him. I know it is a hard time for you all, but just from watching the video tribute I could see how much he loved you all. Dorothy, you and Dale had the greatest smiles. You could see the love you had for each other. I will keep you in my prayers and I know that God is embracing him as I write this.Take care Dorothy. Love Kathy DeMaria(Cheryl''s adopted sis)

Rob & Tammy Pyka left a message on November 5, 2007:

We are very sorry for your loss. During the time that I worked at Kolb''s there was hardly a day that went by that I did not see and appreciate his wonderful and warm smile and the chances I got to joke with him about the sorting of all the nuts and bolts. You are in our thoughts and prayers. - God Bless you all.

Barb Kolb left a message on November 5, 2007:

To my family, As we share the pain of losing Dad, my love for each of you grows deeper. The laughter from shared memories, the tears from shared loss, the bond of family will carry us through this difficult time. Mom, Debbie, Duane, Dean and Denise - Dad has poured himself into each of you. He is part of each of you and will live on in your hearts and in your lives. I know how often I look at Dean and think how what he just said or did is so like his dad. So, while Dad himself is no longer physically with us, he is with us because of you. There is a saying I learned when my Mom passed away and the end of it is what I most remember - "that memory becomes a treasure." In each of our hearts Dad''s memory will live on as a greatly valued treasure. I love you all, Barb
