Visitation will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Daniel Lawrence Hoddel was born on July 3, 1989 in Madison, Wisconsin to Paul and Bonnie (Hodgkins) Hoddel. He graduated from Waupun High School in 2008. Danny enjoyed fishing and he loved to play video games. He always loved the visits from his niece Rebecca and enjoyed playing games with her.
Survivors include his parents, Paul and Bonnie Hoddel of Waupun; four siblings, Jesse Hembrook of Madison, Paul (Jaime) Hoddel, Jr. of Oconto, Kaula (Pradeep) of Green Bay, and Lori Hoddel of Tennessee; seven nieces and nephews, Cadence, Jax and Rebecca, and Ethan, Nolen, Aarya and Ananya; special friend and caregiver, Sara Kruger; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Danny was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin and Winefred Hoddel, Regina and Earl Lewis, and Charles Hogkins, Sr; and by his brother, Matthew Hoddel.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the Waupun Dialysis Team and the SSM Hospice.
