Dianne K. Wendt

Dianne K. Wendt, 72, of Beaver Dam passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at her home.

Dianne was born on July 24, 1951 in Beaver Dam to Donald and Adeline (Hupf) Bilke.  She was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School.  Dianne was married to Doug Wendt and later spent 38 years together with the love of her life Edwin R. Schuler.  Dianne was employed with Monarch Range for many years, Beaver Dam Video, Perry Printing in Waterloo, and was a fitness instructor.

Dianne was passionate about fitness and exercising.  She was an avid Packer and Badger fan.  Dianne loved to dance especially ballroom and freestyle.  She enjoyed traveling with Ed especially their time in Las Vegas, and being a super-grandma was a very important part of her life.

Dianne is survived by her life partner Dr. Edwin R. Schuler of Beaver Dam; her three daughters: Angela (Andy) Krueger, Amber (Mike) Seifert, and Kaci (Rick) Wendt all of Beaver Dam; grandchildren: Derek, Mitchell, Keelan,  Ian, Autumn, Brock, and Ashtyn; her siblings: Larry Bilke, Wendy Wendt, and Pam (David) Zillmer; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Donald Bilke; mother Adeline Ready; her daughter Jenny; brother-in-law Robert Wendt; and numerous aunts and uncles.

A visitation will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m.  Rev. Jim Wendt will officiate.  Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
