Donald L. Wolfgang (Papa Ginger), age 61, of Beaver Dam, died on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at his home, surrounded by family and friends.
There will be a celebration of Donald’s life in the near future.
Donald Larry was born on April 4, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois to his parents Howard and June (Breitenstein) Wolfgang. He worked at Metalcraft of Mayville in Fall River, formally Robbins Mfg., and was looking forward to his retirement next year. Donald would be described as the most selfless person and he made the world a much better place.
Donald will be truly missed by his wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Wolfgang; children, Christopher Wolfgang, Sabrina (Andy) Wolfgang-Gassner, Jeremiah Wolfgang, Mellisa Wolfgang, Nathaniel Wolfgang (Fiancee, Deandra Sanabria), and Emma Wolfgang; granddaughter, Esther Binder; siblings, Dale (Colleen) Wolfgang, Deborah (Douglas) Soravia, and Dorothy Wolfgang (Todd Beske); Dear friend Debbie Russell; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family would like to thank SSM Heath at Home and Hospice for their help, support, and compassion with not only Donald, but the family as well. You are the unsung heroes…You Rock!
