Beaver Dam – Donna A. Jensen passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Dycora Golden Living Rehabilitation Center in Beaver Dam. Donna was born in Oak Grove, Wisconsin on March 26, 1937 to Clarence & Sr. Martha (Parpart) Braun. She was a graduate of Dodgeland High School. She married Ronald M. Jensen on June 23, 1956. Together they had four children and lived in Mayville for most of their lives.Donna worked for many years in the cleaning profession for many years at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville Metal, and Metalcraft of Mayville as well as fin private individual homes. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Mayville.Donna is survived by her son, Randy (Tessy) Jensen of Markesan, her son Brad (Tess) Jensen of Iron Ridge and her daughter Lisa (Bret) Jacobson of Waterford, CT. She is further survived by her grandchildren: Keith (Sara) Jensen, and their children: Riley & Thomas of Chesaning, MI, Kate (Jason) Liebenow and their children: Shelby & Jakob of Mayville, Bryce Jacobson of New London, CT, Kyle Jacobson of Waterford, CT and Melissa (Victor) Alverez and their children: Angel, Javier, Santiago, Noah and Marisabella of Columbus.She is further survived by her siblings: Janice Helmer, John (Beverly) Braun, Dawn Wehner, Lila Bahls, Darryl Braun, Norman (Jean) Braun, Vaughn (Judith) Braun, Daniel (Janet) Braun, Pamela Braun, and Charlene Selsing; his sisters-in-law: Marilyn Braun, Carol Braun & Shirley Braun; and numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Jensen, her parents, an infant daughter, and her siblings: Virginia Braun, Clarence Jr. & wife Betty Braun, Charles Braun, Dwayne Braun, Thomas Braun, brothers in law Ken Helmer, Leo Wehner and Jim Bahls, and sister in law Luanne Braun. The family would like to thank the staff at Dycora Golden Living for their care of our Mother and Grandmother.A visitation from 10 a.m. to 12 noon will be held on Friday, April 26th, 2019 at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville. A memorial service will follow at church at 12 noon with Rev. Bryan Lagerstam officiating, followed by a light lunch at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Mayville. The families ask that in lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Beaver Dam Humane Society or to a charity of your choice.
