Helen...I am so, so sorry for your mom's passing. I know she would be so proud of your support and love these past months. My prayers and thoughts are with your family.
Donna was indeed the best bus driver ever! We never worried about our son, who has special needs, riding on her bus. We knew she would protect him and watch out for him with her life. After he experienced a bullying incident on the bus under the supervision of another bus driver Donna came over to our home to personally talk to our son about it. She helped him feel better and assured him it would never happen on her bus! She really cared about the children in her care. Wonderful compassionate lady.
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Donna. She will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
