Faye M. Sherron, 68, of Beaver Dam passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Divine Savior Hospital in Portage.
Faye was born on August 19, 1958 in Oshkosh to Garland Junior and Alice Faye (Mueller) Burg. She was a graduate of Oshkosh North High School. Faye was married to James Sherron on October 9, 1976 in Oshkosh. She was dedicated to her family as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Faye loved to make sure that no one left her home hungry and everyone’s needs were met. Faye looked to have a living and working relationship with Jesus Christ. If there were parts of her life that led others to Jesus, that was the desire of her heart.
Faye is survived by her husband Jim of Beaver Dam; children: Faith (D.R.) Strong, Josiah (Lindsay) Sherron, Justin (Tiffany) Sherron, Hope (Byron) Anderson, Charity (Nic) Hartl, Joel (Veronica) Sherron, Jonathan (Charlie) Sherron, Jeremiah Sherron, Rachael (Ian) Moorehead, son-in-law Conner Lorenz, Judith (Jared) Ideker, and Grace (Justin) Killoran; grandchildren: Micah, Olivia, and Lynn Strong, Sam, Ephraim, Linus, and Rory Sherron, Nehemiah and Israel Sherron, Crayola Olson, Izabella Welch, Gavin Poad, Tzuriel, Jeriah, Judah, Lydia, and Abigail Anderson, Luke and Levi Langteau, Titus and Moriah Hartl, Leon and Vincent Sherron, Malachi, Ariel, Kolaiah, Elijah, Eliana, and Mercy Sherron, Neriah, Gideon, and Naomi Moorehead, Jericho, Lily, Isaiah, Ezra, Arabella, Claira, Anya, and Ezekiel Lorenz, Emily, Elsa, and Edmund Ideker, and Isaac and Bethany Killoran; Faye’s siblings: Paul (Debbie) Burg of FL, Mike (Beth) Schuppe of Oshkosh, Lonnie (Pat) Loehning of Beaver Dam, and John Schuppe of Hixton, WI; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and some very special people that have shared our home with us.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Hannah Lorenz; grandchildren: Sullivan Sherron and Ezio Hartl; and her brother Mark Burg.
A visitation will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m.
Faye’s family would like to thank the Agrace Hospice team, especially Erin, Stacy and Derek as well as the staff from the Portage Divine Savior Hospital for all their care and support.

They say we marry our mother or father..& Justin most definitely married a mini You. He is constantly pointing out things we have in common. Things we do and say the same. Things we both enjoyed. I am proud to be so much like you!! You are such an Amazing Mama. I am blessed to have known you, loved you, & been loved by you!!! I pray you can somehow feel all the love that is overflowing in, from many people whose lives you have touched, and had an admirable amount of impact on them. You will always be loved, cherished, and remembered. I love love love you!!!!

Faye you will be with the Lord I will miss you very much I always love talking to you you inspired me your family was very caring and always talk when they saw me I will pray for your family of your loss as you go to heaven and they are here grieving for you you meant so much to others that everyone is going to miss you when I saw this obituary it just touched my heart that you are gone I will not be able to attend your service for I am in a nursing home I had broken my ankle really bad so I cannot walk yet and be taken anywhere I am in Mayville Wisconsin but I will be thinking of you on that day I love you and your family please take care

So grateful for this woman who prayerfully taught so many how to know Christ. She taught me how to knit, crochet, respect my parents, and love the Lord. She taught humility, faithfulness , wisdom and love . The list goes on and I will always remember these lessons she taught. I'll miss her and I'm sorry she ran that race too darn fast.
