Grace A. Koepsell, 83 years, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.
Private family funeral services will be held at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with the Rev. Mark Wendland officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
Grace was born the daughter of Oscar and Theresa (Lechner) Guse on July 13, 1927 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She was married to Reuben Koepsell on November 19, 1946 in Dubuque, Iowa.
Grace had been employed at the Monarch Range Company for many years. She was a member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. She enjoyed gardening and reading. Grace and her husband Reuben shared 55 years of marriage and she is now reunited in heaven with the love of her life.
She is survived by her children: Sandra (Ken) Keniston of Tallahassee, Florida, Patti Destine (Charles) Courtier of Kirkland, Washington, Sherri (Larry) Braasch of Eagle River, WI, Ruby Cope of Springville, Iowa and James (Cheryl) Koepsell of Juneau, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren, one step grandchild, three great grandchildren and one step great grandchild; her cousin Carol Lechner of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Reuben in 2002.
