Gregory Lee Vant Hoff passed away peacefully at his home in Beaver Dam Wisconsin March 3rd 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born February 8th 1956 to Gordy and Yvonne (Gerritson) Aalsma. After his father’s passing Yvonne remarried Jerrold Vant Hoff who later adopted Greg and his siblings.
Greg was a dedicated and hard-working individual he recently retired from a maintenance position that he took great pride in and enjoyed for many years. His strong work ethic was evident in all he did. Beyond his career Greg found joy in the outdoors he especially cherished hunting and fishing trips with his son creating lasting memories together.
Above all, he deeply loved his family and valued the time he spent with them. Greg’s presence will be missed by those who knew him may his memory bring comfort to his loved ones.
Proceeded in death by his father Gordy Aalsma, parents Yvonne and Jerrold Vant Hoff, maternal grandparents Russell and Marge Gerritson, paternal grandparents James and Dorothy Vant Hoff, sister Debbie Schouten, nephew Shane Schouten.
Survivors include his lifelong partner Barb Vant Hoff of Beaver Dam, Kris Hartt, mother of his three children Sarah Roberts of Beaver Dam, Tracy Vant Hoff (Jenny Mazoch) of Oak Creek, and James Vant Hoff (Marie Halfmann) of Beaver Dam Grandchildren Kelsey Roberts (Adrian Kiefer) of Beaver Dam, Mckenzie Roberts (Jacob Laschum) of Fondulac, Tyler Roberts of Lomira, Ashley and Silas Caley of Beaver Dam, Madison and Molly Gradel of Beaver Dam, Kristan Vant Hoff of Beaver Dam, great grandson Kayden Kiefer of Beaver Dam, Siblings Diane Vant Hoff of Green Bay, Keith Vant Hoff of Indiana, Jerzy (Tim) Vant Hoff of Randolph.
