James T Metzger 67 of Theresa formally of Flint Michigan passed away on Wednesday September 30, 2026, at Hope Nursing Home in Lomira.

James was born May 5, 1959, to Robert and Emma (Bennett)Metzger in Flint Michigan.
James is survived by his significant partner of 25 years Brita Bandle, children James JR(Jennifer) of North Carolina and Daniel, Jennifer, Sarah Metzgerof Milwaukee
He is further survived by brothers Robert (Francis) of California, Patrick (Shawn) of South Carolina, and sisters Jeannie (Randy) of Montana, and Laura Metzger of Florida.
He is preceded in death by his parents and His brother Doug.
Thank you to the staff at Hope Nursing Home Generations Hospice and My Choice Wisconsin and Kim Chiconas for his care the last few years.
