My step father Mike Perry used to take me to see Jeff's house every year growing up. I considered Jeff to be like a second uncle to me. When I started working at my store he would say hi to me and ask me how the family was doing. I will not forget his kindness, he has gotten me into my music, Halloween decor, style and motor cycles. May he ride with the angels in the beautiful sunny sky. Thank you Jeff for everything you've done and letting the world see that your style wasn't scary, but something inspiring instead. Love you. 🏍 🖤🦅🕊🖤💀☠️💀
Jeffrey Omen - a sense of humor, a love of the public theater of costume, decoration, and all of this on a very large scale, and a dedication to the Fire Department, and time spent with his family and friends.
My heart is heavy for a life gone too soon. Thoughts and prayers for Jake and Shane and family.
Jeff was one of the most caring people there ever was. Going to miss not seeing him at Swan Park receiving trophies. Or him riding his bike with casket in tow. He will forever be missed.
Sincerely: Betty Koch Miller
Hey was a interesting man. I lived a block away from his shop, never making it there. I always loved going past his home , he took pride in decorations for the holiday
My deepest sympathy to the family Jeff will be missed dearly
So many memories of fun times with Jeff and Deb. Years of great Halloween parties at both shops. Even more years of cocktail hour before the BDFD holiday parties and then throw in a few Packers parties. Jeff always had a smile and a sassy comment every time we would see each other. He left us way too soon and it will take a while to recover from the loss of this local icon.
My dear friend, thank you for being part of our lives. The world was a better place because of you. I will always remember all of the time we spent together over the past 20 yrs and of you being a part of our crazy family. May God help your family and friends find peace and condolence during this time and May you always rest in peace and be welcomed with loving arms by your beloved wife. God bless you Jeff you will always be in our hearts.
Love,
Mark & Nikki Walters
Didn't know Jeff as well as his brother Scott, but his Dad and my Dad were great friends. My heartfelt condolences to his Mom and entire Omen family. He surely made a difference in the Beaver Dam community.
Was just traveling thru Beaver Dam on Monday on way to Horicon Marsh. We saw the yard with all the skeleton decorations and I had my husband turn around so I could take pictures. Little did I know this was a sad day at the Omen home as Jeff had passed away. We've never met the man but his decorations sure put a smile on our faces. Our sympathy to your family and keep on decorating in memory of this man.
How sorry to hear of his passing! My birthday is July 4th and drove past his house almost daily to see his patriotic displays!! Such awesome holiday decorations! He had a gift and shared it!! His sweet wife taught Sunday school in room next to me and she was loved by all who knew her. Awesome couple, together again in heaven! Condolences to family!
Last year my Grandson Charlie and I were admiring the Halloween display. He wanted to get a closer look at things. Jeff let us roam all over admiring the skeletons. This picture is Charlie sitting at the campfire with his skeleton friends.
I really had alot of respect for Jeff he always had a smile on his face.I had the pleasure of being on the Fire Department with him.I always like driving by his place and seeing his yard.he will be missed.
So sorry for your loss! I have known Jeff since High School, I am a year younger, but enjoyed talking with him always. Prayers for his family!
Dear Omen family, Bob and I knew Jeff because he helped us with training for our EMT license. We always liked spending time with him. In fact our youngest daughter was married on Halloween 15 years ago and Jeff granted us permission to have some of the wedding pictures taken at his home. We will always remember his kindness. Sending you all prayers for comfort and healing.
Dear Omen Family, I was shocked to hear of Jeff's passing, please know I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!!!
I worked as a RN for many years in the ER when Jeff was an EMT. He was always very kind, caring and professional with patients, families, and ER staff. My sincere sympathies to Jeff’s family and friends.

My deepest condolences to the entire Omen family. Jeff was one of a kind and he will be sorely missed.
Thank you for your great decorations over the years! Born in Beaver Dam in 78
Jeff was a great man, and he will be deeply missed. He also had a few old cars as well as one of the old fire engines from BDFD. R.I.P Jeff.
My Deepest sympathy to the Omen family. I went to school with both Jeff and his wife Deb. When I would get back to Beaver Dam it was always fun to take our son past Jeff's house.
My Dad was very good friends with Jeff's Dad and so much of my youth in Beaver Dam centered around working at City Lunch, locking up at 7 pm to go home and running into John Omen tugging on business doors to ensure they were locked. "Say Hi to your Dad for me Paula" was always John's greeting. This. Is so very sad and yet as it hits my heart so hard I have to imagine the celebration in Heaven this week as Debbie welcomed her beloved husband back home. Can you just picture the joy as the two saw eachother again?
Jeff truly was never the same since the accident and since losing his lovely wife. His struggles to go on were real and difficult. I wish both my old classmates peace and love as they venture through eternity together. Say Hi to your Dad for me Jeff. You will be missed by many.
Jeff was a great guy, always friendly and had great parties and creepy crawling things, but fun to talk to
