Sorry for your loss. He was a very funny guy. I'm sure he and my pops are getting into trouble upstairs already.
I have known Bubba for many years working together at John Deere in Horicon. I got to know him even better coaching his grandson in multiple sports. He was an avid supporter of his family. We all have many stories, but there is no one with a better heart than Bubba. Life will not be the same without him. RIP big man!

Dear Family,
I worked with Jeff at the John Deere Plow & Planter works.
Jeff was a good friend. I enjoy working with him because of his wit and humor.
He was a man who was well liked among his fellow workers.
May he rest in peace with our Lord.
Sorry to get this news. Jeff was a fierce competitor, solid citizen, and someone you wanted on your side. My condolences to family and friends
We worked with Jeff many years at Deere in Horicon and became good friends. We are very saddened to hear he is no longer with us. It was very easy to see how much he loved life and valued family and friends. He will be missed by those whose lives he touched and live on in our hearts as we remember what made him so special to us. God Bless you and your family in your time of sorrow. Sincerely, Jackie Straseske and Tim Netzer.
Thank you for your service - also for being a loyal John Deere employee !!! Condolences to family. Roger & Jan Hanefeld - Roger worked at John Deere for 30 years.
Jeff, affectionately known as Bubba, was a great guy. He had a great sense of humor, but was passionate about his job and was respected by all who worked with him! He will be missed! R.I.P.
I have known Jeff (Bubba) for many years; from our teenage times in Rock Island and then as colleagues at John Deere. You never met a kinder person and always the life of the party. Sincere condolences to family and friends. RIP my friend.
Blaze and I go way back to Little League days. What a competitor. In every sport. I’ll never forget the day we were golfing and he plunked three tee shots into the water. As we walked across the bridge, he proceeded to throw the club into the pond. “Oh, oh” he said. “I don’t know how I’m going to explain this to my folks. They just bought me these clubs for graduation.” Jeff was one of a kind - a friend who always had your back. My deepest condolences to his family. He will forever be missed and never forgotten.
My dad worked with Jeff at Horicon for years and always spoke very highly of him. Then I also worked with him at Horicon as well. I fondly remember his stories, humor and stories of working with my dad. Rest In Peace Jeff!
I 1st met Jeff at Plow-Planter. He was a supervisor in the Foundry. We had many good times working at Horicon. He often thanked me for getting him the assignment in Experimental where he did an excellent job.
Jeff and I became great friends during our time in high school! We shared many fun adventures together, and I will enjoy fond memories of “Blaze”! Rest in peace, my friend.
