Our condolences to Jill’s family. It has been awhile since seeing Jill but have great memories of being a member of Mayville’s Women’s Service League with her years ago.
May God give you His peace and comfort in the sad days ahead as you share and cherish your loving memories of your awesome mom, grandmother, daughter, and sister.
With Sympathy, Bill and Kay Koenitzer
My deepest sympathy to Juanita, Patty and Jana.
Jill was our "across the street neighbor" and I was envious of her 1965 Mustang convertible and how "cool" she was. I can't remember if the care was white or red but she did let me ride in it and it was there highlight of my life at the time. Clearly Jill was full of life and its so sad to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her large extended family.
I was so sad to get the. news of Jill’s passing. We shared many fun times as the MHS class of 1969, and I’m glad I had the chance to chat and share a few “memory” laughs with her at our last class reunion. My prayers are with her family during these difficult days.
My deepest sympathies to Jill’s family. I have many fond memories of Jill and her sisters growing up in Mayville in the ‘60’s.
I want to send the family and friends of Jill my sincerest condolences during this time of profound sorrow. Jill and I were Mayville High classmates and she attended every class reunion. She was one of the sweetest people I have ever known . No words of mine can assuage the sorrow of her passing but just know that the Class of "69 misses Jill terribly.
We always loved Jill and her family. Jill set an example as a true Entrepreneur. She led by example for her family. Jill was a strong and caring individual who worked hard, had a successful business and provided a wonderful place on the rivers edge for all of us to enjoy. She will be missed.
I will always remember the times with Jill and family from my childhood. My deepest sympathies to her family.

So sorry to hear of Jill's passing and our thoughts are with you! Fremont and beyond will miss her leadership and passion in the improvement of all things in hospitality and community. Her warmth and compassion will also be missed as she was a large part of so many lives. The "Gala Family" has, and will continue to be, an inviting entity that means so much to so many and Jill set the stage and provided the heartbeat that continues to propel it forward.
So sad to hear of Jill's passing....I have many fond memories of she and I getting in to trouble in high school....lots of giggles. Rest in Peace sweetie!
