Julie A. Sutton, 76, formerly of Redwood Falls, Minnesota, died on Monday, January 16, 2023 at UW-Hospital in Madison.
The memorial gathering will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, WI on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. The memorial service will follow at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. with Deacon Ed Cody officiating. There will be a memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Redwood Falls, MN on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at St. Peter Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
Julie Ann was born on September 18, 1946 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Glen “Clifford” and Lucille (Frank) Hyne. She was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School. On September 3, 1966, she was united in marriage with Lonnie Sutton at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. They made their home in Redwood Falls, where they raised their family. Together, they ran Blossom Town Floral and Green House. They successfully ran the business for 15 years, bringing joy to many with their creations and retired in 2008. After Lonnie’s death in 2021, Julie moved to Columbus, Wisconsin to be closer to her daughter. She was the most easy going and loving person that one could know. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, unconditionally.
Julie is survived by her children, Patrick (Kerri) Sutton of Ramsey, MN and Jennifer (Dan) Beitz of Columbus, WI; grandchildren, Jackson and Lindsey Sutton and Hallie and Walker Beitz; as well as many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Julie was my cousin. We grew up together living on the same street. I have many good memories of those very early years. We have not seen each other since 2004, however we continued telephone conversations since then. I will miss her and our conversations.

Our condolences to the Sutton family. Julie was a sweet, funny and very caring lady. We have great memories of vacationing with them at Ixtapa, Mexico for many years in a row...great times! We had the same anniversary..same day, same year and would celebrate by eating out. We will miss her smile and charm.
