Katie, so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing.

What a great and caring man. We met Ken shortly after moving into our new home just down the road. No family or friends in the area. He found us stalled in a beat up truck with a winter storm raging, trying to clear a snow drift so we could leave for work. He towed us and plowed out the driveway- which he would do on many occasions/ w/o asking and refusing any compensation. Ken and Mary Lou even had our family for Thanksgiving, knowing we couldn’t travel to be with our families. He helped us in so many ways and on so many occasions, always making us feel a valued neighbor. This world needs more men like Ken; thoughtful, hard working, honorable and ethical. We are grateful to have known him. Our condolences to the wonderful family he left behind.
Oh Mary Lou, I just learned of Ken's death from Terry Timper. I am feeling the kind of loss that weakens ones spirit. Although I never met Ken I felt I knew his spirit through Mom. I am so sorry that you have lost your partner and friend. I am heading to Columbus and arrive on Monday morning. I hope to make it to some or all part of Ken's funeral and I hope to be able to say hi.
Our condolences to a sweet, generous family on the passing of Ken.
Big hugs to MaryLou, Katie and Carey- so many fond memories of Ken growing up. He truly was a great man. Always had a smile on his face.
Dear Mary Lou, Katie and Carey, our heartfelt condolences to all of you. We know you will miss him, as will we.
