Lee A. Sobrilsky

Lee Sobrilsky, age 70, of Beaver Dam, died on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

The memorial gathering will be at Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. the funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Wendt officiating. Inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery.

Lee Alan was born on April 23, 1954 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leslie and Phyliss (Schliewe) Sobrilsky. He was united in marriage with Jodie Paskey on December 7, 1979 in Waupun, Wisconsin. Lee worked in maintenance for John Deere in Horicon, retiring twice. He also worked in maintenance at Advanced Products in Beaver Dam for a number of years. Lee was a man of routine; every morning was spent picking on his favorite wait staff at either Sunview or Walker’s and he had his set times for his naps. He enjoyed fixing things and was proud of what he was able to accomplish when facing a challenge. As he got older, it was harder for him to be everyone’s handyman, and harder for him to accept the fact that things weren’t as easy. One of the more important things that came to Lee with age, was that he was better at cherishing the moments he made with his family. He had a much softer side that came with his years of living and for that, we are grateful.

Lee leaves behind his children, Jennifer Sobrilsky of Beaver Dam, Scott (Kara) Sobrilsky of Watertown, and Rebekah (Preston) Roth of Waupun; grandchildren, Benjamin (Emma), Abbygale, Isabella, Ephrum (Alyssa), Kaynen, Josslyn, Ellie Alexander (EvaJo), Lillian, Oliver, and Samuel; great granddaughter, Charlotte; sisters, Elizabeth (David) Miller and Larayne Schick; niece and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jodie; sister, Marilyn Condiff; and brother, Mark Sobrilsky.
