Louise Amelia Luebke, age 89, of Horicon, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Marvin’s Manor in Horicon.
Funeral Services for Louise will take place on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon with Rev. Daniel Seehafer officiating. A visitation for Louise will take place at church on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
Louise was born the daughter of Carl Otto and Elsie (Hass) Luebke on September 9, 1935, in Horicon. She graduated from Horicon High School and worked for many years for Milwaukee County.
Louise was a faithful and active member of St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Horicon. Her faith carried her throughout her life and she remained steadfast in the Lord.
Louise is survived by her sister Justine Mills; her nephews Matthew (Mary) Mills and Stephen Mills; her niece Julie (Craig) Doolittle; and her four great-nieces and nephews: David and Sarah Mills and Jackson and Elizabeth Mills.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents.

After being denied her wish to pass at home. Louise Luebke escaped Horicon Manor. The divinely inspired jailbreak reunites Louise with her lifelong partner Miss Marty.
Together they are sipping cosmopolitans and regaling the angels with their exploits from partying at carnival in Rio to Tahiti, Australia, and that African safari, interspersed with trips to Las Vegas
Soon a latin or swing band will start and they will dance the night away.

we were very sad to learn of her passing. We were neighbors to the west for over twenty years. She was a mutual animal lover, a great neighbor, told great historic stories, and treated our kids with such sweetness. She would save newspaper clippings of them for the family scrapbooks. We would help with her beloved kitties. We will really miss her.
