Mary Lou Westphal

Mary Lou Westphal, age 84, of Lomira passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac with her family by her side.Mary Lou was born the daughter of Raymond ‘Jim’ and Pearlamae (Pilsner) Rediske on February 5, 1935 in Mayville. Mary Lou was united in marriage to Vince Priessnitz in 1954. She had worked for Purity Cheese and TAB Products. In her spare time, Mary Lou enjoyed traveling and especially fun trips with her good friend LaVern Schrab. She also loved the holidays and decorating for them. Mary Lou enjoyed gardening, flowers and spending time with her family.Mary Lou is survived by her children- Debbie (David) Eaton of Kekoskee, La Donna (David) Belisle of Kekoskee, Vincent (Christina) Priessnitz of Lomira, and James (Dixie) Priessnitz of Wisconsin Dells. Her very special sister- Marge (Leon) Finke of Mayville. Her sister in law- Karen Rediske, stepbrothers Gary Goyette and Jack Egner. Her grandchildren- Alena, Dustin (Cassie) Jeffery (Tina), Dave, Chad (Amy), Shane, Becka, Weston (Nicole), Brad (Keri), and Barry. Her 18 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vince, a daughter in infancy, and her brother William.A memorial service for Mary Lou will take place on Saturday, May 4 at 12 noon at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with the Rev. Sandra Schieble officiating. A visitation will take place from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at noon at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Mary Cemetery in Mayville.
