Michael P. Memmel, age 65, died on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at his home in Portage.
A private memorial service will be held.
Michael Patrick Memmel was born on September 9, 1956 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to Michael J. and Constance G. (Berry) Memmel.
In the last 2 years Michael worked at the Portage Restore and helped his two brothers Joe Memmel and Jayme Memmel often. He was a beloved member of the family and will be surely missed by both family and friends!
Michael is survived by his daughter, Nichole Munoz; brothers, Joe Memmel and Jayme Memmel, both of Beaver Dam; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings; Jennifer, Dana and Robben.

My favorite housemate. So much laughter, good cooking and the endless concoctions of the "perfect" Bloody Mary. I came across some old framed army prints as I moved some boxes around. Guess I won't be shipping to you. So sorry we lost touch. Much love. RiP

I only recently learned of Mike's passing but want to express my deepest sympathies to his family and friends. I worked with Mike for several years at Habitat for Humanity. He was a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and helpful with a quick wit and an amusing nickname for all of us coworkers! He will be missed there. Please find peace in the many great memories of Mike!
