Mildred V. Bully

Mildred V. Bully, 81, of Clyman passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026 at Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam.

Mildred was born on May 26, 1945 to Edward and Elsie (Schwefel) Hanke at her family’s home in the township of Emmet. She confirmed her Christian faith at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Watertown. Millie was a graduate of Hartford High School. She was married to Lyn Bully on August 5, 1966 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Watertown. Millie was employed with Waukesha Foundry in Watertown and later retired from Wis-Pak, Inc., – Pepsi distribution and bottling in Watertown. Millie was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Oak Grove. She enjoyed baking, cooking for her family, and taking care of her flowers and garden. Her three grandson’s brought her great joy and she always looked forward to spending time with them.

Millie is survived by her husband of 60 years, Lyn of Clyman; her son Dale (Tara) Bully of Mequon; grandsons: Owen, Simon, and Weston; daughter-in-law Suzanne Bully of Columbus; her sisters: Doris (Jim) Gindt, Ruth Ducklow, and Linda (Robert) Fortmann; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Daniel in 2025; sisters: Elizabeth and Elaine; and brothers: Chuck and Marvin.

A visitation will be held at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. Dale Hella will officiate. Interment will take place at Hustisford Cemetery, Hustisford, WI.
