Monica Murphy-Bredin, 53, of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Monica was born and raised in Beaver Dam by Marjorie and the late Joseph Murphy. She now watches over her children: Michelle, Molly, and Mathew; her mother, Marjorie; her brothers: Terrence Murphy, Patrick (Beth) Murphy, and Kelley (Jamie) Murphy; nieces, nephews, Godchildren, and friends. Monica’s spirit was warm, courageous, and wise far beyond her years. She walked fiercely through life’s triumphs and challenges. Monica was a selfless supporter of everyone she knew. She was always our hand to hold, shoulder to cry, and loudest fan on the sidelines. She touched a countless number of lives that will never forget her passion for life. To celebrate Monica’s life, a gathering will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Generations Home Care and Hospice.
