Paul J. “Pops” Ebert, age 84, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Alice and Tony, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of Paul. I have a lot of fond memories of stopping out and visiting both of your parents, Tony, when I would pick up eggs. I regret that I had commitments both tonight and tomorrow and was not able to stop by the visitation tonight or the funeral tomorrow. You are both in my thoughts and prayers. Paul was a good man. He worked a long and hard life as a farmer. Not many get to enjoy an 84 year old life as a farmer. And I''m sure, with his great spirit, he did indeed enjoy life. All my best, Steve Pickhardt
