Phyllis Feller

Phyllis J. Feller, age 88 of Mayville, WI, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. A funeral service for Phyllis Feller will be held on Wednesday, May 27 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Browns Corner, WI with Rev. Richard J. Boeck Jr. officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27, from 10:30a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Browns Corner, WI Phyllis was born the daughter of Julius and Magdalena (Mathwig) Ewert on January 12, 1927 in Tn. Hubbard, WI. Phyllis was united in marriage to Melvin Giese on September 14, 1946 he preceded her in death, she later married Merlin A. Feller on March 3, 1962 at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon, WI.Phyllis is survived by: -Her children – Dennis (Carol) Feller of Iron Ridge, Ronald (Paulette) Feller of Horicon, Lois (Jim) Thorn of Horicon, Joyce (Gordie) Griepentrog of Mayville, Chuck (Beth) Feller of Iron Ridge, and Michael (Sue) Feller of Iron Ridge. Grandchildren – Rick Feller, Lisa (Jon) Luedke, Renee (Scott) Kreilkamp, Tracie Retzlaff, Cindy (Troy) Muche, Brian Feller, Brenda Gress, Scott (Tracy) Biertzer, Ginger Buchmann, Joshua P. (Kelly) Feller, Marc Feller, Steve (Tiffany) Feller, Joshua J. Feller, Tania Giese, Cheri (Jon) Anthes & Ryan Griepentrog. Great Grandchildren – Emily, Noah, Colton, Amanda, Ashley, Cassie, Tytan, Nate, Jake, Nolan, Aubrey, Archer & Alyanna. One Great Great Grandchild Tenley. Brothers & Sister – Vernon Ewert of Slinger, Roy Ewert of Hartford & Betty Kramer of CA. Further survived by nieces & nephews, other relatives & friends.She was preceded in death by her parents , 1st husband Melvin , 2nd husband Merlin, 2 sons Daniel & Larry , and daughter Judith.Phyllis was a member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church Browns Corner, longtime member of its ladies aid since 1975, very much enjoyed time spent with her family, also music, camping, racing, cards and the Packers.Memorial would be appreciated to St. John’s Browns Corner Ladies Guild or St. John’s Browns Corner Cemetery Assoc.
