"Rupert" Elm Street Raiders if you know you know. RIP my friend, condolences to your family and friends.🙏

Arlyne,
Tracy and I are so sorry for your loss. Randy was such a great person and friend. We are so fortunate to have met both of you and able to spend time together on the lake. Randy's laugh was so contagious, positive and uplifting. Randy was the first to volunteer to go out on my big boat with me for a trial run before my first charter. He put me at ease with his laughs and enthusiasm. We will miss our time together on the dock, Bloody Mary bar and fishing. Please know we are here for you and Randy will always live on in our hearts.💕 Keepin It Reel

Randy was my slip neighbor for several years in port, I will truly miss our talks and be joking around all summer, the marina and my summers will not be the same without him! God speed buddy. And always fish on!!!
We are so very sorry for your loss. You are all in thoughts and prayers. Love, Cindy, Austin, Aaron, Kiara, Alexx and Ajay.
My deepest sympathy to Arlene and the entire family. We were very fortunate to know Randy through my brother, Doug (Julio). Randy & Arlene sponsored our race team several years and attended many races to cheer on our son. It was always a great time when Randy and Arlene were in attendance. Their laughs and happy personalities were so contagious! Randy and Arlene shared such a great Love! Randy will be greatly missed. Prayers for the family and huge hugs to Arlene. We love you! Scott & Dawn Weiss and the Entire Scott Weiss Racing Team #53!
My heart goes out to his family and friends. I babysat for him when he was young. Loved his family who were great people
