The Class of 57 has lost another one to Heaven. Jeanne and I (Jim) are so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. We had an unbelievable time, especially those mornings we skipped class to go, Duck Hunting was just one of them and all the hour's water skiing on Winnebago. Keep the Gate's open we will all be there shortly. The Pinkerton's CO

To the Kollman family I cannot say enough how sorry I am to hear the loss of such an amazing man. I was 14 years old when I began my adventures in life learning how to be a responsible man and let me tell you Dick sure took me under his wing and showed me all the short cuts hahaha but to also keep the ones that mean something as a man up front and well regarded like stand up when you shake a mans hand, dont make promises you dont intend to keep, your word is only as good as the one you keep, keep a good work record and work hard and it will pay you back ten fold. He wasn't just a great boss but a dear friend and in some ways to that young boy at 14 a good role model. I will never forget the boat trips and the amazing holiday parties and get togethers. 5 years working at Kollmans Korners gave me more wonderful memories and friendships I've cherished. Rest in Peace Richard "Dick" you certainly will be missed. Jeanne and Mark and to the family my deepest sympathies to you all this is heart breaking.
