Stephanie Lynn Polchinski

Stephanie L. Polchinski, 49, of Beaver Dam passed away peacefully on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Stephanie was born on May 6, 1974 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.  She was a 1992 graduate of Beaver Dam High School.  She had been employed at several area factories and restaurants.  Most recently, she was employed with Easton Motors as a Senior Sales Professional. In December of 2023, Easton Motors awarded the Eagle Award to Stephanie for Top Sales and Leadership. She also enjoyed being a Scentsy Independent Consultant for three years.  Most important in Stephanie’s life was her family. She loved them deeply and enjoyed spending time with them.

Stephanie is survived by her aunt and uncle Mary and Ray Garris of Beaver Dam; her cousins who were like her sisters Bethany Duerst and Sammantha Garris.  She is further survived by other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: John “Butch” and Carol Fehling, and John and Clara Polchinski and her mother Lori Hofer.

A memorial gathering for Stephanie will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 400 Hillcrest Drive, Beaver Dam.  A Memorial Service will begin at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Jesse Gullion officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Stephanie’s name may be directed to her family.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Hospice of Hope for their compassionate and wonderful care given to Stephanie during her last days.  Thank you to Pastor Jesse Gullion of Peace Lutheran for your prayers and support during this most difficult time and to Brenda Posthuma for your unconditional friendship and support.  Your kindness will always be remembered and is greatly appreciated by Stephanie and her family.
