Susan M. Jarapko

Susan M. Jarapko, 73, of Fox Lake passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at her home.

A memorial gathering for Susan will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until Noon at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam.  A memorial service will begin at Noon with Rev. Jim Wendt officiating.

Susan Marie was born on November 20, 1951 the daughter of Alonzo “Lutz” and Sophie (Urbush) Jarapko in Racine, Wisconsin.  She graduated from St. Catharine High School in Racine and also U.W. Oshkosh.

Susan had worked for Title and Abstract Insurance companies for many years. She was a partner in Dodge Central Title Company until her retirement.  After retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at the Waupun Area Animal Shelter, gardening and playing games on her computer.  Susan enjoyed spending time with her girlfriends and she especially treasured her Thursday outings for shopping and lunch with her special friend.

Susan will be deeply missed by her partner of 32 years, Randall Schroeder; her sisters: Patricia (Raymond) Lehner and Judith (Don) Rogalsky; her brother Frank (Mary Lou Beahm) Jarapko and her sister-in-law Barbara Jarapko.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lutz and Sophie Jarapko, her brother James Jarapko and her sister-in-law Terri Jarapko.

Memorial donations in Susan’s name may be made to the Waupun Area Animal Shelter, 901 N. Madison Street, Waupun, WI  53963.
