Susie Seo Cloyd

Susie Seo Cloyd, age 71, of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Bedrock Health Care Center in Beaver Dam.

The visitation will be at Grace Presbyterian Church, in Beaver Dam, on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will follow at the church on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Chris Davis officiating. Burial will be a Roselawn Memorial Park, in Monona, on Monday at 1:00 p.m.

Susie was born on November 3, 1951 in Korea. She was united in marriage with Mark Cloyd on August 3, 1975 at First Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam. She was a loyal fan of soap operas, which in turn was partly how she learned to improve her English. She worked at the Rhodes Bake N Serv in Columbus for many years and retired in 2020. Susie was always hard working with a great sense of humor. She fought through many health problems and survived many throughout her life.

Susie is survived by her son, Josh Cloyd of Beaver Dam; siblings, Yang Chur Lee and Sara (Dan) Aberdean, both of Minnesota; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Mark.
