Visitation: Visitation will take place on Monday, December 22nd from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. at the Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, Wisconsin.

Teresa Kay Metz, 39, died on Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, in Mayville.

Visitation for Teresa will be on Monday, Dec. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, with a memorial service to follow.

Teresa was born on July 9, 1969, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Richard F. and Joyce M. (Zimmerman) Laizure. On July 18, 1998, she was united in marriage with Jeremy Metz in Beaver Dam.

She was a former employee of Kwik-Trip in Juneau. Teresa was a very artistic person and was there to help anyone at anytime without question.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Jeremy; her children, Cierra Metz, Mayville and Devon Rueth of Milwaukee; sisters and brothers, Toni Laizure, Nashville, Tenn., Tammi (Jay) Heidemann, Beaver Dam, Beth (Jeff) Schwoch, Horicon, Richard (Chrissy) Wegner, Milwaukee and Jessica Laizure, Winthrop Harbor, Ill.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
